During the 2005-2015 refit, a new deckhouse was built in 2014. Luci’s exterior paintwork was completely renewed shortly thereafter. Precise sandblasting thoroughly cleaned the steel, and epoxy base coatings, primers, and finishes were professionally applied to provide lasting protection.

The interior was refitted in stages, starting with the forward cabin and bathroom (2009), followed by the aft cabin and engine room (2012), and completed with the main cabin and galley (2014). During each stage, the interior hull was thoroughly cleaned and painted. A professional carpenter installed stone wool insulation, waterproof plywood base layers, and oak wood finishing. The electrical system was completely rewired with a new electronic plan installed by a professional electrician.
